I take the approach of learning about your unique story, providing space and support to debrief and process significant events and ongoing stress areas, and teaching skills to develop overall mental wellness. I have experience supporting people with symptoms and diagnoses related to trauma, vicarious trauma, Post Traumatic Stress Disorder, high stress levels, burnout, mood disorders such as depression and anxiety, personality disorders, psychosis, self-harm and suicidality, managing anger or aggression, addiction, and general life and relational difficulties.
